On March 20, 2012, I was sent many unnecessary threatening tweets from the following twitter account @kimmikmusic, because she wanted to keep faking her wannabe “perfect image” to her bought 800+ thousand FAKE followers (now over 1 million) on her main account @kimmikennedy. To top it off I was sent a bogus DMCA complaint on a 6 month old blog that I had written on September 9, 2011. I was asked to take down my post on my main site because the “subject” of the post itself, was allegedly angry over my fair use of her pictures (3 of them to be exact).

Which I know was a blatant LIE, because within the post she had used and abused her trademark for, I had proved without a shadow of a doubt that she was also a PORN STAR known as Melodee Bliss. The rest of the pictures were screen shots from twitter which are legal to use under the FAIR USE LAW which states: “Under the “fair use” rule of copyright law, an author may make limited use of another author’s work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary and criticism. The fair use privilege is perhaps the most significant limitation on a copyright owner’s exclusive rights.”

Regardless of the FAIR USE LAW, I obliged after her relentless hours of whining, bitching and complaining on twitter. Which I have to mention was NOT done from her main known account. She even had the nerve to arrogantly tell my hosting company how “intelligent” of a woman she was. I took the post down ONLY because she was complaining about the “modeling” pictures of hers that are all over cyberspace (please do a search for yourselves to see exactly what I mean).

Although, I know the REAL reason why she wanted me to remove the post was only because of the comments that I received from readers exposing her ratchet ass. Those comments told about all of her DIRTY SECRETS of how she allegedly STALKED and harassed Milani Rose and other desperate fuckery. I cannot and will not control what my commentors say, unless they’re spamming with too many links or are sending unnecessary threats. In the case of this specific post, that didn’t happen and this is why it stayed on my site. Because it was the TRUTH.

I know that Kimmi (real name Latasha O’Brien) needed to find a valid EXCUSE to send the complaint about the use of her pictures that I had used to expose her porn star past. That’s the only reason that she could use and abuse to get it removed off my site. I also do have a larger version of the screen shot of the post located elsewhere on the internet including the DELETED video she doesn’t want people to see that she posted about Antonio Tarver and her affair with him. Not to mention I also saved a mirror of that post, which has been frozen in cyberspace (click here to see it).

That bogus DMCA complaint hinders my FREEDOM of SPEECH, as well as my readers freedoms. That is why I took a screen shot of the original post including all of the comments left on it and have placed it here. You cannot copyright or claim exclusive rights to any screen shots. Regardless of copyright, screenshots may still be legally used under the principle of fair use in the U.S. or fair dealing and similar laws in other countries. The screen shot is obviously taken from my site that had a LEGAL DISCLAIMER in clear view, attached to the bottom and top of the post. I posted this link in an easy to find place, where the readers who commented on it could see it. On that section was a link to the full site disclaimer which is located on a separate page.

I digress, the only thing that I want to know is WHY she waited so long to say something and why now? It sums up simply to pure fuckery and ABUSE of the trademark she holds on her “stage name” and nothing more than that. In the scope of “fair use” I have the legal right to use her pictures just like any other site does and she knows it…

Kimmi’s new ratchet BFF is even nastier than she is. Jenna Shea’s been riding rappers dicks and snitching on fools, since Kat Stacks made a name for herself. Jenna’s just a dirty ESCORT that acts like she’s a down “real” bitch, but she’s not. She’s just as FAKE as the rest of them. The fact of the matter is NO one ever paid attention to fat ass lying Jenna, until Kimmi started sponsoring her last last year. It’s sad that video hoes like them need constant validation and consider themselves “important” because of the amount of followers that they have.

In this case these specific hoes have purchased themselves followers to make themselves feel more special and famous. It makes no sense since they have NEVER even walked any red carpets and are more FAKE “famous” than most real celebrities out there. It’s a damn shame that twitter “verifies” known escorts, prostitutes and call girls. Looks like twitters’ quality control system doesn’t apply nor do they care. When it comes to checking people out before giving them a check mark that inflates their sad and pathetic egos…

Foreword:


Anonymity isn’t just using TOR or a VPN and choosing a nickname-it means literally having no name, no identity. This means you DO NOT deface websites mentioning your nickname (or that of your team, I’m looking at YOU, CharrieWong), or in any way associate the name you are using with yourself (watch your identities).

You should credit Anonymous (or give no credit) for your actions, as soon as a name is attached to you, a single slip-up is enough to get you caught. Once the Feds know there’s a group, any form of infiltration (IE having an informant) in your group will be devastating. All of your work, data, rooted boxes, infrastructure, and scraps of personal data will be going directly to the feds. This brings us to some critical suggestions that we pulled together after perusing the criminal Complaints from the alleged LulzSec / Internet Feds / Anonymous arrests.

Please read, reflect and remember them next time you feel the keen need to share a personal detail from your life with your new bff in IRC.

CONVERSATIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE - 
NEVER…

• mention any political affiliations directly (don’t say I’m a registered Independent, just talk about your political views)

• mention any arrests (of you, or people you know) (WE LOVE YOU JEREMY HAMMOND!)

• mention any forms of IRL activism that you have participated in

• tell people what you are doing at any given time, or give out specific schedule information (IE, I’m always out of the house between 5 and 7 pm)

• mention your age, any previous work (citing your abilities is okay if you don’t provide much proof), height, ethnicity, or medical conditions

• mention where you are, if you happen to be on vacation

• inform people outside of your trusted group of any changes in IRC nicknames

**Quick note from observing Sabu: if someone disappears without prior notice for an extended period of time, and then upon coming back tries to gain access to several more groups, and attempts to build a trust-based relationship with you, said person *might* be an informant.



ADVICE FOR WOULD-BE HACKERS:


• don’t attack any organisations you are in any way affiliated with (don’t DDOS your school, dumbshit! Again, looking at you CharrieWong)

• don’t dump any information to a server that you didn’t witness the pwnage of. (Stratfor’s data was copied over to an FBI server)

• ALWAYS use TOR/a VPN while haxing! An easy way to run pretty much anything through TOR on linux is by using proxychains or torify (‘cept nmap!)

• NEVER listen for reverse shells on your own box (derp)

• NEVER connect to anything even remotely related to your target using any IP addresses that are affiliated with you or a small group of people
